Actor James Franco has listed his 5,215-square-foot Los Angeles home for sale for $6.25 million.

The Spanish-style villa was originally built in 1923. I has four-bedrooms, five bathrooms and sits across the street from Chateau Marmont, a legendary hotel frequented by celebrities, according to the listing by The Agency.
The backyard has a pool that's walled in for privacy.

The kitchen opens up to the dining room.
The living room has a fireplace, as well as details like the original ceiling beams.

There is also a walk-in closet.

The home looks over West Hollywood and the Downtown Los Angeles skyline.
Franco bought the property in 2006 and lived there for four years, selling it for $3.3 million, according to the Los Angeles Times.
